Organizer: "MIA - Marathon in Aalborg".

Start and finish: The school - Stolpedalsskolen - Stolpedalsvej 2 Aalborg near the zoo - two kilometers from the railway station.

The route: A short round of 800 meters followed by six grueling rounds of 6,9 km past the zoo and the Aalborgtower. The race is run on cityroads and forestpaths on a very hilly course. The organizers take no responsibility for injuries caused by the race.

Time limit: You have 6 hours to finish the race.

Checkpoints: Each round contain two checkpoints with water, lemonade and fruits + a table for own personal drinks.

Price: 200 Danish Kroner (Euro 30.-). Runners resident outside Denmark can pay at the start  - Just remember to mail us with name and address beforehand.
Last-minute-registration on raceday: 250 Danish Kroner (Euro 35,-).

Participant restriction : Max 300 runners

Racenumber: Can be collected in the race-office at Stolpedalsskolen from 11.00 am.

Confirmation: No confirmation of your participation will be send out. Check the Startinglist of our homepage or email (phone) the racedirector for confirmation.

Bath: At Stolpedalsskolen.

Results: Results and personal diplomas will be available on our website shortly after the race.

Awards: No firstprices - many prices drawn by lot.

Race-office: Open from 11.00 am.
